At Frontiers, we safeguard trust through a rigorous approach to quality that combines dedicated Research Integrity and Review teams, independent editorial boards, and responsible AI and technology.
Our teams and editors assess submissions, support rigorous peer review and investigate potential concerns before and after publication.
Technology strengthens that work at scale. Frontiers’ Artificial Intelligence Review Assistant, AIRA, carries out over 40 quality and integrity checks across manuscripts, images, references, and review activity, helping experts identify potential risks.
This is increasingly important as AI, papermills and more sophisticated forms of research manipulation place new pressures on the scientific record.

FAIR² Data Management
Open science should extend beyond the article to the evidence behind it.
Frontiers FAIR² Data Management helps researchers turn raw datasets into high-quality, reusable research outputs through three steps: upload, curate and publish.
AI-supported curation helps structure and enrich data before scientific assessment. Once complete, datasets can be published as peer-reviewed Data Articles with their own DOI, alongside tools for exploration, AI-ready packaging and a FAIR² Certificate.
By making research data more findable, accessible and reusable, FAIR² supports greater transparency, reproducibility and future discovery.

Through Frontiers Policy Labs and Frontiers Science House, we connect scientific evidence with leaders across policy, business and innovation.
Frontiers Policy Labs works with researchers and partners to translate rigorous science into policy insight and actionable recommendations, helping close the gap between what science knows and what decision-makers can use.
Frontiers Science House creates a high-profile space for science within global decision-making. Launched alongside the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos in 2026, the inaugural Science House brought together 168 speakers and more than 1,200 participants across 50+ sessions spanning health, climate, energy, AI, quantum technologies, space and more.
Since Davos, Frontiers Science House has expanded to major international forums, creating further opportunities for scientists to contribute where policy, investment and action are being shaped.
Together, Frontiers Policy Labs and Frontiers Science House help connect open knowledge with the people and institutions able to turn it into action.
